Health Problems: Neck, Back, Shoulder Pain, Knee, Headaches and Sinus Problems. Could not sleep well with or without drugs. Couldn’t relax or sit comfortably. Walking was extremely painful and difficult. Waking out of the gym was impossible.

Treatments tried before LifeSource Health and Wellness Center: Pain pills, sleeping pills and valium both OTC and prescription. Sinus medication, steam, special pillows, heat treatments, support braces and considering surgery.

Changes in health since Chiropractic care: After my first adjustment at LifeSource my sinuses cleared up and I was able to sleep through the night without taking any medication. After the next few adjustments my neck and back pain were greatly reduced. My posture improved, I can now sit and relax comfortably. My knee condition has shown improvement. I am now able to swim and workout a few days per week without difficulty or pain. I came in the door knowing that Chiropractic works, yet I am still trying to figure out why it took me so long to find the door.
